5 Girls + 2 Boys= 1 Happy Home

Families are my favorite to photograph! Kids especially 🙂 Some people think that they are the hardest due to their lack of awareness of the camera which sometimes results in photographs of each child looking a different direction. (Thank you Photoshop!) This, however, is EXACTLY why I love photographing children…because they are the most natural in front of a camera. You can capture REAL life with these precious little ones because they aren’t concerned about how their hair looks of if they picked the right outfit or if the angle makes them look fat. They are just totally and completely themselves, which is a joy to capture. If only we could all be so carefree in front of the lens, I think our photographs would result in a truer testament of who we are. Oh how much we can learn from these sweet little ones!

With Four beautiful blondies and one special little man, all under the age of 6, Matt and Melissa Houston have quite the bunch. Their family is loving, devoted to one another and LOTS of fun! Each one of them have a unique personality that together make up a really special package, so beautifully crafted by the Lord. They are a reminder that family is important, that the love of a family extends beyond blood relation and that a healthy family is firmly founded on Christ.
